Free Shipping on All Orders
We offer free shipping on all orders.
There is no minimum order value required for free shipping. The shipping cost shown at checkout should be $0.00 unless otherwise stated during checkout.
If any shipping charge is shown at checkout due to a system setting, destination restriction, or carrier limitation, the shipping cost displayed at checkout will apply before you complete your order.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will usually begin processing on the next business day.
During peak seasons, promotions, inventory updates, carrier delays, or unexpected order volume, processing may take longer than usual. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will do our best to notify you by email.
Fulfillment Method

Packaging
Orders may be shipped in standard carrier packaging, unbranded packaging, or packaging provided by our fulfillment partner.
Packaging may vary depending on the warehouse, product size, carrier service, and destination. The appearance of the shipping box does not affect the product inside.

If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If the package is returned to us or our fulfillment partner, we will review the situation and contact you about the available options.
Additional reshipping costs may apply if the failed delivery was caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check:
- Your mailbox, front door, porch, lobby, reception desk, or parcel locker

- Building management or front desk staff

If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us with your order number and tracking number.
